Working exclsuively with our client an award-winning, tour operator specialising in escorted holidays, we are seeking a Head of Product to join their team. With destinations spanning the UK, Europe, and worldwide, they've built their reputation on delivering exceptional experiences and genuine care for every guest.
This is a travel business that truly values its people. They're not interested in corporate speak or box-ticking, they want someone who'll roll up their sleeves, bring fresh thinking, and help shape the next chapter of growth for a brand that's trusted by thousands of loyal customers.
This is a proper leadership opportunity. As Head of Product you'll head up a team of seven product managers and executives, taking full ownership of the product strategy and delivery across their entire portfolio. But here's what really matters, you need to be commercially sharp. Really sharp.
You'll be responsible for driving product growth year on year, but more than that, you'll be the person translating data into decisions, creating the reporting frameworks that tell the business what's working (and what isn't), and using those insights to drive profitability without compromising quality.
This isn't a travel role for someone who just likes travel. This Head of Product job is for someone who understands margins, can negotiate like a pro, knows how pricing strategy works in competitive markets, and can build commercial plans that actually deliver.
