We're delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a well-established, independent luxury tour operator specialising in high-end expedition and wildlife travel. This is one of the most exciting luxury travel jobs we've handled in a while, a genuine career role for a South American expert who wants to sell travel they truly believe in.
This specialist luxury travel company operates at the top end of the market. Their clients are discerning, experienced travellers . Think jaguar safaris in Brazil, Galpagos wildlife expeditions, trekking the Torres del Paine, wilderness lodges deep in the Amazon. Bespoke, high-value, life-changing travel.
This independent luxury tour operator has built its reputation over decades on deep destination expertise, strong ground operator relationships, and a commitment to responsible, sustainable travel. They focus exclusively on wildlife, wilderness and soft adventure expeditions . Their clients return year after year because the service and the product are genuinely exceptional.
You'll manage the full luxury travel sales cycle, from first enquiry through to confirmed booking, creating detailed, bespoke proposals tailored to each client. You'll use Wetu software to build beautiful, high-converting itineraries, and benefit from a brand new digitalised enquiry process launching in June 2026.
A key advantage of this luxury travel job: once a booking converts, a dedicated admin and accounts team take over all ongoing administration and financial processing. You focus entirely on selling and building client relationships, no post-booking paperwork bogging you down.
You'll also contribute to the wider business, product development, operator relationships, marketing content and have a genuine voice in where this luxury tour operator goes next.
Core hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. Weekend rota cover every third or fourth weekend (time off in lieu). Occasional client liaison outside core hours, logged and compensated accordingly.
