Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for luxury traveland exceptional client experiences?

We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a multi award-winning boutique luxury travel business delivering unforgettable celebrations across the Mediterranean. From Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast to Santorini, the Algarve and beyond, this fast-growing business creates beautifully curated event bookings in some of Europe's most sought-after locations.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Operations Manager to play a pivotal leadership role within the business.

The Role

This is a senior-level position overseeing the operational delivery of their bookings from enquiry through to post-event review. You will work closely with Directors, event planners, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure every client journey runs seamlessly.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be solutions focused under pressure, and bring strong leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee end-to-end operational delivery across the booking portfolio
• Review and improve systems, efficiencies, and operational processes
• Manage procurement, client support, communications, and training initiatives
• Oversee product pricing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers
• Negotiate effectively with partners across the Mediterranean region
• Drive exceptional customer service standards across the business
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel planners and sales consultants
• Deliver training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
