Senior Product Executive (JPR0276)

Our client is a prestigious luxury travel business specialising in tailor-made journeys for discerning travellers. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Product Executive to join their expanding team and play a central role in shaping an exceptional portfolio of destinations, hotels and experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional with strong European destination knowledge, excellent supplier relationships and a genuine passion for luxury travel.

Working closely with the team, you will combine creativity, commercial awareness and operational expertise to ensure every element of the product delivers the quality and personalisation expected by the client.

As the Senior Product Executive, you will research and develop new hotels, suppliers and experiences, identifying opportunities across the portfolio and ensuring product content, pricing and sales tools are accurate and up to date. You'll negotiate rates and added-value benefits with hotels, DMCs, guides and other suppliers, support contracting activity and monitor supplier performance.

Drawing on your previous product experience, you will also rovide product training and support to the travel team, assisting with complex itinerary and pricing queries. Another key area of focus for this role is working alongside the operations team to identify process improvements and support new systems.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years exprience gained within a product role working for luxury travel business, along with strong knowledge of at least one key European destination, such as Italy, France, the UK or Ireland.
